Vitamin F are an off the wall Christian duo that are
enormously on fire for God.
They met as friends little over a year ago when Chris came to Faith.
Sitting to a beat up piano in a cold church hall in the United Kingdom, Ian and
Chris wrote a song together, a song that was to become the birth of the duo that
is 'Vitamin F'.

with the love and strength of God, 'Vitamin F' bring the good news to those who
want to listen and to those who didn't know that they needed to hear."
Chris was a 'plight and protest" poet in the secular world, his poetry was
hard hitting and never pulled any punches, speaking his mind always.
Ian was a gigging musician and subsequently a piano teacher prior to coming to
Faith.
The meaningful lyrics and the powerful music make the "Vitamin F' sound
completely unique.
