We just brought all the churches in our town together for a Harvest Celebration. The music was led by a young people's band, they did an excellent job w/ all contemporary music. However, some of the older folks in the community bemoaned the lack of traditional hymns, and the pastors in town fielded complaints all week. Is this a common complaint when bringing these different congregations and ages together? Anybody had a similiar experience?
